Below you will find answers to many of our frequently asked questions about reservations and our romantic & spa getaways. Should you have further questions please call us at 613-487-3277. Thank you.

Check In and Check Out Times

Your room will be ready for 2:00pm. You may arrive anytime after that. Should you be arriving after 9:30pm, please advise us. Thank you.

Departure from your room and the Inn is 10:30am.


Confirmations: All our reservations are confirmed by a 25% non-refundable confirmation deposit. Once the confirmation deposit is taken your reservation is confirmed. The amount is based on 25% of the total value of your getaway.

Cancellations: Cancellations may be made 14 days or more prior to your reservation arrival date. Failure to meet this timeline or not showing up for your reservation will result in a 70% charge of the total value of your reservation. Cancellations meeting the 14 day timeline will not lose their confirmation deposit if they reschedule (as per below – Rescheduling).

Rescheduling: Reservations may be rescheduled 14 days or more prior to your reservation arrival date. A $30 fee applies to cover the administration costs in rescheduling your getaway. If you do not reschedule for within one year of your original reservation date your confirmation deposit will be lost.

Gift Certificates: All above mentioned terms and conditions apply to all types of gift certificates and gift cards. Expired gift certificates have zero value. We suggest you reserve your gift certificate at least 4 weeks prior to the expiration date on the gift certificate.


Breakfast: Served between 8:30 and 10:00am.

Smoking: The complete Inn is non-smoking. If you would like to smoke we ask that you do so away from the main building so other guests are not bothered. If we determine that a guest has smoked in their room, a charge of $100 will be applied to their credit card to cover the additional costs of cleaning and removing the smell.

Wine & Spirits: The Inn & Dining Rom are licensed to serve alcohol. You may not bring any alcohol for consumption on the premises. Also alcohol is not permitted in the spa for health reasons.

Children: We do not recommend children under 16 at the inn. They are permitted if they are with a group who have rented the entire inn. Sometimes special arrangements can be made, please contact us to discuss.

To Reserve Your Treatment
Our spa coordinators are available to assist you with your selections. For the best experience, we suggest that you book your appointments as far in advance as possible. A major credit card is required to book your services.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the treatment cost will be billed to your credit card. The same fee will be applied to missed appointments.
Insurance Receipts
Many of our therapists are registered Ortho-Therapist from Quebec and all are certified in their professions. Receipts for insurance plans are available only with Otho-Therapists. Please inquire when booking your treatments whether an RMT is available.
Gift Certificates
Spa Gift Certificates are available to order by phone, email, online or in person. The certificate must be presented to spa reception upon arrival.

Methods of Payment
Rates, packages and services are in Canadian funds and subject to change without notice. Guests may sign their spa service charges to their room. Guests who have already checked out must pay at the Spa Reception Desk. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Debit or Cash are all accepted. We also accept Discovery cards. No third-party cards may be used in combination with any spa packages or promotions.

***Special Note Concerning Insurance Receipts***

We are able to provide insurance receipts for massages. However, due to the variations in insurance plans and insurance company policies we cannot guarantee reimbursement. We strongly suggest you have a doctor’s note referring you for massages and confirm reimbursement is possible with your insurance company.

We employ both “Registered Massage Therapists” who are registered in Ontario and “Registered Ortho-therapists” who are registered in Quebec.  If your insurance company requires a specific type of therapist, you must inform us at the time of reservation so we can schedule you accordingly. Thank you.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not wheelchair accessible at the present time.
