Our Day Spa is available to both guest of the Inn and people visiting just for the Spa.
Spa Location: Please follow this link for directions from Ottawa, Orleans and Rockland, Ontario.
Hours: Our spa is open Monday to Saturday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. We are also available some evenings, please call for availability.
Bookings: Please book all your spa treatments in advance. A credit card number is required to reserve spa treatments and spa packages.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be 48 hours before the start of your treatment(s). Failure to meet the cancellation timeline will result in a charge for the full amount of the booking.
Gift Certificates: All above mentioned terms and conditions apply to all types of gift certificates and gift cards. Expired gift certificates have zero value. We suggest you reserve your gift certificate at least 3 weeks prior to the expiration date on the gift certificate.
Male & Female Therapists: We employ professional female and male spa therapists. If you have a preference you must notify us at the time of booking.
Amenities: Robes, towels and flip-flops are provided when needed.
Hot Tub, Dry Sauna & Steam Room: These are available primarily to guests staying at the Inn. On some occasions day spa guest may have access to them. Please call for possible availability.
Massage Receipts: If you require a receipt for insurance purposes please ask your therapist for a receipt during your massage. We employ both Orthotherapists registered in Ontario and Registered Massage Therapists (RMT). If your insurance company requires an RMT you must notify us at the time of booking.
Spa Caution: If you are pregnant, have recently had a surgery or cancer, have high blood pressure or heart disease it is your responsibility to discuss any concerns with your doctor and notify us at the time of reservation.
Youths & Teenagers: We accept ages 14 and up for most treatments.We will accept younger ages when accompanied by their mom. For specifics please call us 1-866-487-3277.
